We take privacy seriously. To delete your account data, please email us and include the details below so we can verify your request.
What to include
- Your account email (required)
- Google Play order ID (if you subscribed): starts with
GPA. - Any other identifying info that helps us find your data (optional)
What happens next
You will receive a confirmation email. Once we verify your request, your account data will be deleted within 14 days. Please note that encrypted backups may take up to 60 days to fully purge, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
How to find your Google Play order ID (GPA)
- Email receipt: Search your inbox for "Your Google Play order receipt". The ID looks
like
GPA.XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXX. - Google Play app: Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history (or Subscriptions → select subscription) → open the purchase to view the order ID.
- Google Payments Center: Go to pay.google.com → Activity → select the purchase.
